I was a first time customer and I placed two orders on a Saturday. One was a same-day rush for a graduation party, the other was not. The site advertised same day delivery if placed by a certain time. My order was in under the deadline and long-story-short, my order did not get delivered same day.(probably due to being a weekend) I was not notified that there was an issue but I inquired about it and the company followed up my email with a call to me on Monday. The orders were both delivered early that day and were absolutely gorgeous, high quality arrangements that look like the advertised photo. The company removed the rush fee and also discounted the late order for compensation and the recipients were thrilled. I would give www.fromyouflowers a second chance.

My daughter loved the flowers, balloon, and vase. However, delivery was late -- 6pm instead of early morning as ordered. Had delivery been as promised, it would have avoided a lot of anxiety on my part and would have been a totally wonderful experience for my daughter.

There were fees added on the end I was not expecting. It made my product $15.00 more than expected. I do not send flowers often, but would prefer to know at the beginning that there will be extra money added at the end.
