I ordered I bouquet 4 days in advance to be delivered on time for my friends birthday which also happened tone Valentine's Day ( reason why I ordered 4 days prior) I paid premium service and all. I honestly don't know how they are still in business and how someone like CBS CAN ENDORSED this CROOKS! The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered the shop sent me an email saying "the flowers have been delivered" I was waiting for a call from my friend after a day of no "thank you call" from my friend I called her and asked if she like the flowers. I was shocked when she ask "what flowers"? I felt so embarrassed by it so I explained to her everything. I immediately called costumer service( they were horrible) they lied about the whole thing. They said the flowers were delivered and left with the receptionist downstairs. My friends office is a one floor building, there's no receptions and the flowers were NEVER DELIVERED! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. After a 2 hrs an the phone and back and forth for 2 days with them the offers to re delivered the flowers and offered 20% off to which I of course didn't accept. I filed a claim with my credit card a received my refund! I accept that things happen but there's no reason to lie about it! Bunch of crooks. Liers and dishonest company. Do yourself a favor and don't use them. Remember if is to good to be true it probably is. Paid extra money and go to a legit flower shop if you want your flowers to be delivered at all! Disgusted by this company and the fact that they are still in business legally scamming people! My review is -10
I paid for the delivery to be there by 12 but it didn't show up till after 2. Other then that everything else was good. Thank you
The spray was very full (lots of flowers) and fresh. I could not attend the funeral but the family sent me a picture of it and said it was outstanding.
I thought the price of the balloons a bit costly.
