My daughter loved the flowers, balloon, and vase. However, delivery was late -- 6pm instead of early morning as ordered. Had delivery been as promised, it would have avoided a lot of anxiety on my part and would have been a totally wonderful experience for my daughter.

There were fees added on the end I was not expecting. It made my product $15.00 more than expected. I do not send flowers often, but would prefer to know at the beginning that there will be extra money added at the end.

Arrangement looked thrown together! Was no organization to it! Not even close to what the picture looked like! Flowers where nice but Arragement should of been built up better. My 10 year old could of done a better job at arranging the flowers!

I ordered these flowers for my wife on our anniversary. She was happy to get them but the delivery person was impersonal to her.a flower delivery person should have a little more personality. The flowers are nice but I pictured a little more in my head. The delivery was on time so I can't complain about that. Overall it's an easy way to get flowers online.

The only real problem that I had was receiving a delivery confirmation email when the flowers had NOT actually been delivered yet. A delivery confirmation email should ONLY come AFTER the delivery has actually been made. So I was under the impression that the flowers were delivered and I didn't get a call or a text... so I was left scratching my head. So I had to call the recipient to ask them if they received them only to find out that they had not. Yes eventually they arrived but the surprise was ruined which is half of the point of sending flowers. I was really bummed about that.

Great Service quick delivery, beautiful arrangement. The only comment I have is that the flowers were very different from the picture and the vase too. Not saying they were better or worse, just different. They were the same colors and that was the most important part. I would have been upset if the purple flowers had not looked as good as they did. I really liked the ones in the picture because I know they travel and last a while.
