Easier than me
My flowers were delivered and I am not happy with what was brought. I ordered this bouquet in the premium version and what I received does not look like what I was under the impression I was ordering. Also my order, which was done yesterday and was supposed to be the same day, was not delivered until 1130am this morning. I did receive an email after I inquired last night refunding me my delivery fee. I just wanted to let you know that I was disappointed in what I ordered. I don't order online flowers that often because I Am afraid of this happening.

Should let costumers know of the Fee's of shipping before they get to the end of the steps - 14.99 + 2.99 is quite hefty.

Amazing service. At 11 PM last night I discovered my son was not at Rehoboth Beach but actually was in Chevy Chase MD. I called the 855 number and the change was made and my son sent me a photo of the balloons at 10 a.m. this morning and was very happy! Thanks! I'm really impressed.

All in all great service, some confusion however in that I thought I had paid for SAME DAY delivery and ten order was delivered to my friend the NEXT day. Not the end of the world, and I will definitely order again!

They arrived really late, just before 5:00 pm...she almost did not get them and no one really saw them until a day AFTER her birthday...the flower cake did not really look like a cake, very disappointed...I paid the same day charge because I thought she would be receiving them early enough to enjoy them at work most of the day, not 15 minutes before she left work! Very disappointed for such a high amount that I paid!

I have ordered before and received a credit in my email but lost it and my email is no longer in your system not sure why, but I like the picture the site provides of each bouquet, although I picked the mystery arrangement and paid $45 and it was not what I expected
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
