Ordered sympathy flowers last wk and sister told me note w/flowers were handwritten - not typed as just about all florists we've experienced! And...they loved the flower arrangement
This order was also sympathy condolences -my niece's loss of her mother/my aunt... and my niece LOVED them - said they were beautiful. Was happy since I could not deliver myself - she is in Escondido, CA and I am in Phoenix.

The balloons arrived the morning of the day of the expected delivery. The recipient was happily surprised. There was a variety of get well soon balloons, not bad considering I wasn't able to see the exact balloon selection at the time of ordering (though I wish that was an option).
Shipping and handling is really expensive - almost $15!

These were bought and delivered to someone in another state. They took a picture of the flowers and sent the picture to me. From the picture, the flowers looked about half full from what the picture looked like.

The quality was way more than I expected. Great experience and I will definitely purchase from you again. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
