Ordering process easy. Lots of flowers to choose from and love the additional vase options. I ordered two dozen roses and only one dozen came. I called customer service and they refunded me back half the money. Flowers beautiful and would give them a try again.

This was the second time I ordered flowers from this site. My first order was superb in every way.This time I am disappointed. The gift was delivered a day early. The arrangement is a pale comparison to the picture displayed for ordering choices. While the recipient was thankful for the gift, the response was centered on my thoughtfulnes and not on the beauty of the gift. To me, that says it all.
