I purchased a live plant basket-- "Florest Choice" but cut flowers were delivered. The arrangement was beautiful as the recipient sent me a pic but was not what I thought I was ordering.
Figured this would be going thru a local store partnership. Order comes from georgia on the hottest days of the years this order is sitting in a truck for more then a day. Chocolate was garbage when it arrived and flowers just made it. Not happy and will most likely not order again

I never give bad reviews, so let me explain my reasons:
I don't appreciate the fact that the price was advertised at $19.99 the entire time and then because of "service and handling" charges jumped up to more than twice as much at the checkout. Not impressed.
My mother-in-law (who received the flowers for her birthday) sent me a picture of these flowers after she received them-the roses in the arrangement were completely dead and wilted looking.
I want you to know that I rarely if ever give a negative review on a service provided, but I would like to get my money back on this order. To pay over $40 for an arrangement that was advertised at $19.99, and then to have the arrangement show up looking dead, is completely unacceptable. I will not ever use this website again.
I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law after her aunt passed away. She sent me a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful. The flowers were delivered on time, well-priced and, most importantly, gave my mother-in-law some joy during a hard time.
This is the first time I used this service. It was very easy & user friendly. The price is okay but I haven't actually seen the flowers and do not know how long they will last. I usually call my florist that I've had for 40 years but I was rushed & it was late in the evening so I tried it. It was delivered as stated and that made me very happy. Thank you very much.

Some of the Roses were whittled. These where for my husband who is currently im texas. He said that they didnt seem that fresh some petals where whittled it could be the shipping or the heat in texas? The price is good when it's on sale. The shipping can be a little bit lowered.
The shipping was on the dot and on time. I was a little bit disappointed on the flowers. I don't know if it was from the Texas heat. I will send pictures.
