I used your service a month ago to send flowers for my great-aunt's funeral. Appreciated the initial 20% off discount. I haven't seen the flowers yet as I am located in Australia. It would be nice if you took a photo and posted with delivery confirmation. As most times people don't see the flowers as they are sent as gifts. Kind regards
The flower arrangement was not like the photo... We were so disappointed!
I wasn't expecting a picture printedd on paper rolled into the vase as customised vase really. It's not worth the extra bucks in should have just stuck with a regular vase. Asides that the flowers and delivery were great

Delivery was later than ideal since delivered to a hospital patient. A couple of roses were droopy upon arrival. I ordered most expensive option but looked more like medium option

Many flowers were already dead on arrival. I'm aware that 30 dollars isn't a lot of money to your organization but I expected the flowers to live at least 3 days. I was embarrassed that they arrived looking like that.
I would love to be able to order online but it was too costly for me. I would not have ordered if they had not given me free shipping. The product I received was nice but smaller then I expected from the picture online. It was a good thing that I didn't need to have them on the day I wanted to have them because they didn't come until 4:30 p.m. I was really hoping that this would be a good thing that I could use in the future. But I will not be using them again. Sorry :(

I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered in the morning, but they were not delivered until 1:25 pm. I would like a refund for the extra amount I paid for early delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
