I paid an extra 5.00 to have my mom receive this order by noon. I am a flight attendant and wanted this order to run smoothly. This order did not arrive by the noon guarantee time. The first time I called they refunded the extra fee but said the florist was not answering the phone. That concerned me. The second time I called I was told the florist said the delivery would be between 230 and 4. This is unacceptable when the delivery was suppose to be noon. You need to work with your florists. This really made me not want to order from you again. Your first customer service rep could not

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
