Easy to select, great looking flowers, the price of the flowers were reasonable. They're beautiful, robust, very full and large. The only negative would be the price of the delivery and handling.

I don't like that the delivery fees are so high when I know the florist is around the corner! I am on a budget (unfortunately). PLUS There was no where to enter the 20% off code. Where do you hide it? Offering flowers for 29.99 then tacking on fees and making it 34.99 then delivery fees on top of that is false advertising I believe.
The flower delivery was left on the front porch. I would have requested that the person would have received the flowers by personal delivery face to face. The outside temperature was very hot on Saturday.

Fast delivery but flowers were not representative of pictures, roses were already open when they arrived and 3 daisies had bent petals and only 6 flowers total with a partially inflated balloon when picture showed a bouquet of ay least 10 flowers on the side shown in picture, one little ribbon, very dissatisfied -wish I could post a picture

It was difficult to figure out how to link my purchase with Amazon account. Delivery was not made on time on two occasions.
Lots of choices and great value is why I purchased. And also the positive reviews I read. However the flowers I picked and the flowers my niece in NC received did not look the same or even near what I would have accepted based on the picture. Very disappointed.
Shipping is expensive compared to competitors, but I like the selection and service. The flowers were not the same color I ordered...
