The product was received and in a timely manner. I appreciate that - BUT it is NOT what I ordered. Similar, but NOT the same thing. The bouquet I saw online was FULL of flowers; it had at least 6 or more carnations, many, many beautiful yellow flowers. It was gorgeous. The one received had 4 carnations, a FEW yellow flowers, and MUCH blue/purple filler stuff. I am VERY, VERY disappointed to say the least! You should deliver what you advertise!

My father was due to be discharged from the hospital on Friday, so I asked for delivery on Saturday. However, the flowers were delivered on Friday. Good news is that the florist recorded a voice mail message to confirm that the flowers were not harmed by being on the front porch in the heat. GREAT customer service! I will definitely be a repeat customer, and tell my friends about From You Flowers. Thanks for making my Dad smile!

$15 for handling and an additional $3 for same day delivery. That is not fair. Then my best friend receives her flowers and the card is completely misspelled, including her name! I have a picture if you'd like to see it!

I paid a good bit extra with handling fee for a GUARANTEED by noon delivery. However, we were at the funeral home after 1pm and the order had not yet arrived. The rep I spoke with on the phone was NOT helpful AT ALL and was quite RUDE in my opinion. I will CERTAINLY NEVER EVER do business with this company again EVER. This is a horrible experience and the lack of customer service I received and her basically calling me a liar I will be contacting the BBB for services paid for and not received. I completely understand that things happen, but the poorest customer service ever came from the rep on the other end of the phone KNOWING this was for a funeral service. It just makes me wonder what type of person could be so rude and heartless in such a difficult time for a family that is grieving!

Easy and deals stayed intact, unlike other flower sites that couldn't deliver at that price to that address. It had been marked as delivered before the delivery actually took place (reportedly got to the recipient 2 days later). Otherwise, she said they were beautiful and it was a good value.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
