I actually ordered the flowers for my uncle. He called as soon as they arrived and said that they were absolutely beautiful. They arrived in a box and he was astounded to see how fresh and beautiful the flowers were.
Delivered to the wrong address so they sat outside in the Houston heat for a very long time! My neighbor brought over but they had been outside for almost 5 hours. Address was correct on box.

First order and hoping all goes well. Sadly, the order was not delivered in the expediated time frame of four (4) hours which I paid for. However, customer service reps responded quickly to email last evening and then I followed up again with a phone call this morning. CSR was responsive, polite and committed to getting information to the florist and getting the flowers out today. They did arrive and appear lovely by the photo I received from the recepient. I was just sad that they were about 20 hours later delivery than I anticipated. I will try and use the service again based on the courteous CSR's and professional follow up.
