Good experience
I was charged a $15 handling fee which did not show up until after I paid. It was not included in the original amount which I thought I was being charged. Very deceptive. I won't use the service again.

I was disappointed when my order, which offered same day service was not delivered. Then I had to send an email to confirm that I still wanted it delivered.
Couldn't find a filter option so comparing items was a hassle. The ordering process was easy though and the price much lower than other sites.
The flowers themselves were a little lackluster. I didn't expect them to be as big as in the picture, but I could have bought a bouquet twice as big for half the price from Kroger. The chocolates I added were also delivered melted, which dampened the effect a little. My girlfriend was surprised and excited anyways, but I think I could have gotten her a lot better.

The only thing I can complain about is delivery times. Items tend to get to the location late in the afternoon. Other sights, delivery is normally before 2 pm.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
