Very happy that the balloon bouquet was delivered prior to noon since I paid extra for that. He was very happy and surprised.
The flowers was supposed to be delivered the same day but wasn't delivered until the next day. And I paid for that service of being there the same day.
I just got a chance to check out my mother's birthday flowers. I though i purchased the Premium bouquet but the flowers that where delivered looked like the picture on the flowers birthday listing. So, I was not impress with the flowers for the amount which I spent $64.99
The product was delivered late (like the one that was suppose to be delivered to my wife today order: *******) when I paid for before noon on both orders. The photo of what I ordered was colors of blue and yellow mostly and the one delivered was red/green and some other stuff... looked ok but was nothing like the picture. The delivery person also called and told my wife, who these orders are all a surprise for, that if they have to deliver them the next day it's a $10 charge. They could have easily left them at the front desk of her office... she ended up not going into work and I'm out of town. They gave them to her co-worker but this was all at 5:30pm when I paid for delivery for noon... this is twice that hasn't happened. I would like those charges for both orders refunded immediately.

Please just deliver today
I had ordered same day delivery, but they were not able to deliver same day and I was notified around 4:30 PM. I agreed to accept the delivery the next day with a credit for the $2.99 same-day delivery fee and an upgrade to the arrangement. I did receive the flowers the next morning, but it didn't look like an upgraded arrangement.
I was not happy with the arrangement. The description said "Purple and Pink Delight" yet they were some plum color...not like the picture at all. Very disappointed. Normally, the flowers match the description

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
