I ordered what I thought was a beautiful rose arrangement with a personalized vase and she got something that looked like I picked it up at a grocery store! The flowers should have been arranged in the vase not wrapped in tissue paper! I have ordered from you several times but this time I am VERY dissatisfied and embarrassed at the product the recipient received as a birthday gift.
