Quick and easy. Great flowers. I am concerned about the final price. The price shown on your page was $ 37.49 not $ 39.99 plus $ 14.99 handling charge plus a $ 4.99 expedited delivery charge, bringing your total to $ 59.97 and I think the total was supposed to be $ 57.49. If I'm wrong please tell me in another e-mail. Also, you were supposed to send me an e-mail confirming my FREE DELIVERY FOR LIFE DISCOUNT, and as of yet I have not received it. Please help with my concerns. Thank you.
Was not put together very well and there were no vines in the bottom of the vase, one of the main asthetic points of the arrangement.

The recipient was very happy with this gift, but the image online looked nothing like what was received. Still beautiful, but for the price I paid, I expected more consistency. I paid for same day delivery and even extra to ensure it would be there within five hours... the woman on the phone made it seem like they might not be able to deliver it until the following day. This makes me feel uncomfortable with the service of fromyourflowers.com. But the florist that delivered in the recipient's city did a wonderful job and delivered immediately after receiving the request for redeliver. I'm glad they received it that day since I paid extra for that service. If the customer service representative had offered to refund the extra fees for same-day delivery if it couldn't be delivered, I would be satisfied with fromyourflowers.com. I don't think I will order from this site again. I will instead order directly from the flower shop in the city I plan to have them delivered.
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and really needed a nice flower arrangement. The arrangement looked just like the picture and was delivered in the time I needed. Extremely good experience and I'll definitely buy flowers again from fromyouflowers.com
