Great experience and fast! There was an issue with delivery. It seems the computer should not have shown a delivery for the sunday I chose. The flowers were instead delivered on Monday, but I did get a call and they did accommodate a later afternoon delivery as no one would be home until then.

There should not have been sales tax because I live in Oregon. But the person that delivered them went beyond, and i would like to say thank you very much.
The $90 worth of flowers were never delivered to the funeral of a close friend. How embarrassing. I received an email they were delivered, but the church said no delivery. I called the company two consecutive days and they said I must be mistaken, that they were delivered. But they would check with the flower shop to make sure and email me. No email. I called again the third day and, guess what, the shop never got the order, but the automated system posted they were delivered! This is a scam. Don't use them. Put them out of business.
Shopping was easy and less expensive than other sites. I was pleased I was able to send flowers on short notice. I haven't seen the finished product but based on the picture it was the small bouquet. I would like it to be less expensive still because I sent the smallest because of price. Overall though, was a great shopping experience!

I paid for expedited delivery within 4 hours and it did not happen. I have asked for a refund of the charges related to fast delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
