Kinda a shock with the higher price at the end of the checkout, added up to much more then I thought it would. BUT WAS nice stuff in the gift basket, and had went through all that process, so I went on with that high price, and placed the order. But I still think that it was a little high. And that was with 10.00 off...it would have been more.if it wasen't for that. I think Their should be no surprises, all the prices and fee's should pop up at the top.

The shipping and handling and tax should be shown at the beginning. I thought no the handling cost was excessive. If another place had PayPal I'd go there.

I ordered from the website on a sat mourning as an same day delivery. My girl friend got the order round 8 o'clock that night and they were the wrong flowers. They sent the 12 red roses instead of the orange sorbet. So I called the costumer sevice line that next morning. The lady I spoke to was very nice and I could tell she cared about getting my gf the right order. So that following Monday my gf received the right flowers for free. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND this site they really care about their customers

Easy. Shipping charges were expensive. You don't even know you're going to get charged extra until your surprised at the end.
Flowers were extremely small and not worth the $50 spent.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
