Purchasing flowers for delivery was quick and easy. I'm currently in a long distance relationship, and as a 4 month anniversary present I decided to send my girlfriend flowers. The entire process was simple. My girlfriend loved the flowers. What could have been better were the flowers themselves. Some were dying, some were a bit dry on the tips, and others were a full red color as if they had just been hand picked. My girlfriend didn't mind but I wish the flowers had been near perfect at the very least. Regardless of the flowers, the service is great for anyone wanting to surprise a loved one.

I ordered flowers on Monday at 10am by 4pm I hadn't received a thank u so I called the company not to ruin the surprise for my niece. After 6hrs no 1 had called to say the company they chose declined to deliver my flowers and they would submit a new order after another 3 hrs I received a call to tell me my flowers would not be delivered to today! WTH needless to say I was furious so at noon the following day still no flowers had been delivered. Finally around 3pm the flowers finally got to the second destination which of course she was out of the office for the day! My 4th and final phone call to this horrible service was to say how angry I was so the $15 service fee was to be refunded plus 15% off my order and a $20 credit for future purchase SERIOUSLY! NEEDS LESS TO SAY NONE OF THIS WAS DONE! NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER HERE I REPEAT EVER!

Flowers were not delivered at all, I called and they were delivered 2 days after the recipient's birthday. The flowers received did not look anything like the picture, different types of flowers and all. The arrangement was nice, however it was not what I ordered at all and it looked more like a funeral arrangement than for a birthday celebration. I was very embarrassed and I will definitely not be ordering from this site again.

I'm very disappointed in the service and arrangement that was delivered. I paid to have same day delivery and not only was it not delivered but I wasn't even notified that it wasn't until I contacted customer service to find out what happened. I selected the florist arrangement and I feel like the arrangement that was delivered was horrible and nothing like what I expected from the beautiful pictures online. I am over all very unhappy with this company and doubt I'll return.
