A handling fee of $14.99, really. I'm sorry you have to do your job and handle these flowers I just ordered for my wife, I thought I was getting a deal till check out and that is where I seen the handling fee, it should be up front so it is not a surprise. Never again will I do this.

The flower arrangement I ordered were sunflowers and green mums.The arrangement sent was made up of pink and purple flowers with some yellow daisies.No sunflowers at all.Not what I ordered.

It is really frustrating the huge difference between the flower arrangement price and the final price we must pay to get it!
It does not feel honest to offer a bouquet for 31 dollars when the final price is 65 after addition of not only taxes but also handling and extra fees.
Furthermore, my order did not arrive on the day established. I paid an extra fee for the delivery and it was not fulfilled. I contacted customer service and, although the response was courteous and they promised a complimentary upgrade, the delivered product was is no way what I paid for and much less what the upgrade implied.
This was a very expensive and frustrating experience overall.

I was under the impression that this would come already arranged and "Delivered in a clear glass vase" as stated in the description, and as I had also upgraded to the premium arrangement. Instead, it came in a box, un-arranged, with no vase and left on the front porch in the August Florida sun. What an unprofessional and unthoughtful gesture on your (fromyouflowers.com) part when this was specified that the flowers were sent in sympathy after the passing of friend's mother.
I feel mislead and taken advantage of, I will not be ordering from your site again.

Sent this arrangement to a friend for her birthday (middle size).
She sent me a picture and it was beautiful! Vase chock full of beautiful flowers-looked fresh, vibrant colors.
Asked for it to arrive before noon and it was delivered in the morning at 9:30. Even received a call from florist to let me know that the flowers were on their way and to confirm that the person would be at work.
Who wouldn't love to start their day off receiving flowers!
