I ordered the "Flower Fields Mason Jar" specifically because I liked how it was presented in the mason jar. My mother received the flowers (which was mostly green filler) and they were placed in an UGLY skinny vase. Pretty sure if you advertise on the website that the flowers come in a mason jar and it's called the "Flower Fields Mason Jar." I think it should come in a mason jar. I understand that the flowers won't look exactly how they do online, but they really screwed up on this one. I feel like I wasted my money.

$14.99 service & handling fee is absolutely ridiculous! The price of the flowers when I selected them was $39.99, but at checkout out they were $49.99 with a $10 discount. The discount should have came off of the $39.99 price. Over $60 dollars for a medium size bouquet to be delivered, when the flowers were only $40 is outrageous. To make things worse, when the flowers were delivered the balloon I paid extra for was missing. I paid extra to get the deluxe bouquet and the bouquet delivered looks like the standard. There were no pink roses like the description stated, and the purple flowers were dry, small, and horrible looking. The only thing nice about the bouquet is the yellow roses. The rest of the flowers looked awful. I emailed customer service who refunded my $5 dollars for the balloon that they forgot, and 30% back for the terrible arrangement that was received. While I appreciate the effort by the company to make up for their mistakes, it doesn't make up for my mother receiving awful looking flowers and no balloon on her birthday. I wanted what I paid for, not something terrible and then part of my money back. I won't order from here ever again.
