Had to send flowers while getting on a plane - saw the great ratings and appreciated the ease of ordering on my phone.
The basket that arrived looked much smaller than the one on the website. I purchased the "Premium" version of the Abundant Gourmet and Fruit basket. What arrived looked visibly smaller by at least 30%. Disappointed.
I have not seen the arrangement, but friend, did call and say they were lovely.
I haven't received the item yet but I am sure it will be here and be beautiful. Even with the discoun, I do find the 14.99 delivery CRAZY But your website is beautiful and Duncan helped me out on an error at 2am. He was spunky, professional and tremendously helpful.

These were a surprise delivery for our daughter's 21st birthday whilst in the USA. We did not see the flowers/package deal following our order on line, but our daughter was delighted and said they were beautiful. They arrived the day we had asked for them to be delivered. Thank you.
We think the handling charge could be shown earlier in the ordering process.
The only thing is I got the delivery confirmation and the flowers didnt arrive for another hour. That was it, a minor detail that I am not worried about.
They have great prices, and the florists are top notch and always deliver in the window you ask. My lady was extremely happy to get flowers on her birthday.

I was unpleasantly surprised by extra "service fee" on the payment page. All fees should be disclosed ahead of time.
This was my first time using your online services and overall I was pleased with the experience, this was a purchase & delivery to my daughter-in-law in another state for her birthday. When your delivery person called me to say no one was at home to accept the delivery (thinking it was for me since I gave my phone number) I explained that because of work schedules that there would be no one home until after 6 p.m., and asked that the delivery be made at that time. He had to check with his manager before calling me back 20-30 mins. Later to tell me that the delivery would be made after 6 p.m., as I requested. My daughter-in-law was very surprised & pleased with the selection of flowers she received. Suggestion: could "the requested time of delivery" be an option in the order process to avoid this happening to other orders placed in the future?
Great site! I would have liked to see all the delivery fee, expedite fee, same day fee, and tax before I completed the order. It was much more then I expected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
