Easy to do / just hope that this does get delivered today as promised / will I be notified by email of delivery? The flowers were not dilivered the same day but the best day. I was refunded the $2.99 same day delivery fee & my order was upgraded from deluxe to premium at no extra cost. Only 3 roses were in the order, not 4-5 as pictured online.

So far so easy, very simple site to use. My order didn't get delivered the same day as I had request and paid for. I emailed and got a reply within a hour wirh an apology and a refund. I emailed again the next day to see when thwy would be delivered and got another quick response, a little over an hour later. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and my niece who received the flowers was over joked with them, will definitely be using them again and again.

The purchasing and checkout process were simple and smooth. The order arrived the same day as promised. The only draw back to the process was the arrangement i ordered was not the same as arrived. I purposely purchased a pink arrangement as that is my wife's favorite color yet she received a red arrangement. Although the flowers are beautiful, it lost a little something in that small detail. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

I used FTD twice before switching to from you flowers. FTD screwed up both orders, which is what prompted me to find an alternative. I've used fromyouflowers several times now, and never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work!

Ii paid for the most expensive version of the order I placed and the quality was very more. Flowers almost dead and few flowers. I would have done better to order from my local florist which does a much better job. They also ensure satisfaction or they replace the bouquet or refund the money. I will not make this mistake again.my daughter's birthday is ruined by this embarrassing bouquet.
