This is the first time I got to wee the arrangement that I ordered and I was really surprised at how small the arrangement was. I am glad I at least got the 25% off, if I had to pay full price I would not be happy at all.

Took way too long to order - difficulties w website.
Also, I dislike automatically added charges ( your site auto assumed the medium, not the small bouquet and auto assumed morning delivery for an extra charge unless I noticed and deleted) Also, I found your teaser ad on pricing deceptive. I thought I was going to get a 20% discount originally but it was already calculated onto price. I searched and instead got a free delivery option, that was a better coupon. But then at the end that would not work as you only figured the flowers into the minimum delivery price, not the balloons and chocolates that I am also buying. That limit was not noted on the big free delivery option. I ordered, because by that point I had wasted over an hour of my time but I am leaving this feeling bamboozled, not as a satisfied customer. Also, prices of the flowers themselves were higher w "free" delivery rather than 20% code. Birthday Girl did report flowers were beautiful and a large display.

Experience was good. I hope the product lives up to the picture. I sent my daughter flowers for her 30th birthday. I was pleased with the picture of the flowers she sent me. They were very colorful and looked very fresh. They definitely lived up to rhe picture. I will use your site again.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my order. The flowers arrived dry, in Arizona of all places, wrapped in plastic without any water. The flowers were droopy and dehydrated and did not last long after delivery. Az has been making national news about heat records, common sense would have put some water in the flowers. The chocolates as well were old and sticky from the heat and inedible. Completely dissatisfied with this order. Please call me at *******968 to discuss.
