Unsure of how to place an order but it was easy in the end... a bit surprised by the price but given the circumstances was ok with it.
What I ordered didn't look anything like the picture. Overall I was disappointed. I paid more and thought I would get more for my money.
The flowers where inside a box, so there was not surprise at all. They sent the product as a shirt or something like that. Come on if you are sending flowers is because you are trying to do something special.
I would not recommend this service. I prefer to use other service.

The only negative is the undisclosed service charge of an additional $15. They don't even mention it u til you are about to hit "confirm sale" i noticed the extra charge and had to change my order to something smaller to fit within the budget. If it was mentioned immediately than i would've shopped accordingly.
The flowers were beautiful, fresh and arranged well. The vase was not as the picture had stated. That was disappointing
I like the set up and design of the web site and the quality of the flowers. The only thing needing to be improved is the delivery time. The flowers, balloons, and candy arrived after 5 PM and my wife had already gone home. I would use these guys again because the flowers were so nice and the same day service was very handy.
After paying extra for same day delivery I was fine, but when it states your purchase will be delivered after 4 hours was a lie. My purchase was delivered at closing time of the business it was delivered to.

Quick and easy
I blindly went for the first flower delivery service in a google search. This was it. I told my girlfriend to be waiting for a package the next day. My flowers were delivered in a very timely matter, just as they advertised. Because of all the bad reviews surrounding your website, my suggestion to the COMPANY is to promote your service in a way that doesnt make me, THE CUSTOMER, feel like this might be a risk.
