Driver asked my wife to meet him in the mall parking lot to pick up flowers. Unprofessional.

They were very nice, and arrived on time. Thank you. She loved them.

My daughter received them during the day and was very happy with them. She sent me a picture of them and they were what I had hoped for... very beautiful.

I really did not receive the basket, it was sent to relative in Kentucky and I'm located in Texas. I'm guessing they've received everything.

I only order from FromYouFlowers, because their flowers actually look as beautiful delivered as they do on the website.

The actual delivery was very sparse. I was so disappointed to view the arrangement I sent my mother, via FaceTime yesterday. I understand that substitutions may be necessary but the arrangement was lackluster compared to the photo that I based my decision on. Very, very disappointing.

I have ordered from them before and I was very please. This time I ordered from them and they delivered a day late and even though I paid extra for same day deliver and was charge two different amounts. The flowers were left in between her front door and gate door. I wasn't too happy. I will be looking else where for a more responsible flowers.

Paid for early am. Delivery but received in the pm.paid for a premium upgrade assortment and didn't received that. Called customer service they where very helpful sent another arrangement and gave me a gift card

Glad i did not choose to pay more for morning delivery because it arrived in the morning anyway! I am very pleased with my order and availability to get delivered ASAP. Other competitor services could not do deliveries until a week later, but FromYouFlowers delivered within 18 hrs.

You need to show total of order before the very end!

I am always a bit surprised by the high cost of service and handling so what looks like a great deal isn't always. I guess I just need to be sure to pick the least expensive flowers. They are all lovely though.
I really do understand that delivery and handling are costly. It is easier going through you than trying to find a local florist who is probably more expensive. Our relatives LOVED the flowers and that is what matters.

Great fowers

The arrangement sent to Carol Faulkner-Smith in Athens Ga. Wasn't anywhere close to the one I selected and maybe had 1-2 roses tops with a ton of baby's breath (which the photo didn't show any).

The website was easy to follow & look things up. I hope the flowers will be just as pretty as the picture. I only saw a picture of the flowers after they were delivered and although it didn't look a lot like the picture online it was very pretty and had a beautiful bow. I am happy. Thanks.
