I am always a bit surprised by the high cost of service and handling so what looks like a great deal isn't always. I guess I just need to be sure to pick the least expensive flowers. They are all lovely though.
I really do understand that delivery and handling are costly. It is easier going through you than trying to find a local florist who is probably more expensive. Our relatives LOVED the flowers and that is what matters.

The arrangement sent to Carol Faulkner-Smith in Athens Ga. Wasn't anywhere close to the one I selected and maybe had 1-2 roses tops with a ton of baby's breath (which the photo didn't show any).
The website was easy to follow & look things up. I hope the flowers will be just as pretty as the picture. I only saw a picture of the flowers after they were delivered and although it didn't look a lot like the picture online it was very pretty and had a beautiful bow. I am happy. Thanks.

I chose the premium and the flowers turned out pretty much like the picture. The only thing that I don't like is that flowers have too much leaves on it. Pink roses with too much green leaves I think it's kinda ugly. But she likes it after all. Another thing is that the vase doesn't really match the picture. It's supposed to be pink and turned out to be clear. Overall a good experience and will purchase again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
