Quick and easy. Exactly what I need to make my nanas birthday complete. Is what I initially thought until my nana received her flowers and they weren't what I had paid. The vase was different and i paid extra money for the maximum upgrade and they weren't upgraded at all. I'm really disappointed with your company and will never do business with you again thank you for ripping me off on my grandmas birthday. Enjoy my money, you need it more than I do

My mother loved the flowers. They were better then I expected.
Shopping is easy but you need to ask the other questions after my order is delivered. If all is ok with delivery and quality then I can successfully answer questions 2 and 3. I was told the flowers were very nice but I have not seen them so basing on recipient's comments. I do think that delivery charges are quite high. I thought I had checked for a Tuesday delivery (not Saturday as delivered) to save on delivery charge but still not a major issue. Just high delivery charges. Thank you.
Since I didn't see the flowers I can't personally say how they compared in price and quality. They were sent to an elderly aunt in another state who said they were beautiful but she wouldn't tell me if they weren't. Im going to assume though that they were beautiful. Im hoping they arrived in the vase as shown in the picture and the flowers were the right color.
The experience with From You Flowers was awful. I ordered 2 bouquets for friends at my office. One arrived but the delivery looked nothing like what I had seen in the photo nor what I expected. The second one never came and I followed up with Customer Service. The CSR told me that should would give me a 30% refund plus a larger bouquet for my inconvenience. The following Monday the order was delivered. The flowers were wilting and pathetic and again, nothing like the photo nor what I expected. This is THE LAST time I will order from From You Flowers.

Very user friendly web site. They didn't send the arrangement that I ordered. I ordered the sunflowers in a tin bucket. Also, the arrangement was different. It had a lot of greenery in it and not many sunflowers. I was disappointed. It was for my niece who just had surgery. I was sent a picture of the arrangement.
