My mother was very happy
Flowers never arrived at funeral parlor. When I called, it took half an hour to get a hold of customer service. The person I spoke to would not tell me which local florist they were dealing with. They could not explain why the flowers weren't delivered. I was put on hold a d then told that they would deliver the flowers to my home and give me a coupon for my inconvenience. Never again!
The flowers were beautiful and even got to their destination early! Very pleased with the service. I will definitely be using this company again.

Quick, Simple, Easy but a bit expensive on service/handling charge
Was very disappointed in the quality for the price. I gave as a gift and chose a place close to where she lived and based on pictures I expected nicer.

Flowers arrived as scheduled but the delivery person just left them on the porch. Said no one home and no neighbor around to take them. They could have been outside ALL day in 90 degree heat! It was a house warming gift for my sister in her new place she could have been gone for a few days, she had not fully moved in yet. Luckily they got her on her cell and she made a trip over there to put the flowers in before they wilted. Not the best idea to leave fresh flowers on the porch like that. Not to happy with that system.

Very unhappy with the service I received. Flowers which were requested for the 18th Aug were delivered on the 8th. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and they were not delivered anyway. I was kept waiting on the 'phone 10 minutes... call from England!, and still did not speak to anyone. Don't think that I will use you again. Edna Humphreys
I thought everything was fine until my friend sent a picture of the picture! I was horrified when I saw how scrawney the bouquet looked compared to the internet.
The order was supposed to be delivered same day. Instead it was not delivered until the next evening (more than 24 hours later)! The recipient sent a photo and the flowers were the wrong color.
Easy beans. Now, please deliver as promised. Beautiful flowers, delivered on time, as promised!

Had flowers delivered to my parents...Just Because! Delivery was swift (same day) and the lady who delivered gave instructions on how to care for the flowers. She was friendly and prompt.
