I appreciated the call on the morning of delivery notifying me that the location of the recipient (hospital) did not allow plants or flowers. I was given the option to substitute an arrangement of bears, chocolates and balloons up to the original value of my order. I substituted cheery balloons which were delivered the same time as my original request. Thank you very much. We were sent photos of the balloon arrangement by the recipient. They were very nice and I think they put a smile on her face.
Order was delivered on time and the flower arrangement was very nice.
