It was quick and easy and gift was delivered same day. Thought it would be bigger since I ordered deluxe but my sister in law loved it and that's what matters.
I don't have any way of sending you a picture but the picture of the item I purchased did not have baby's breath it had Greenery and roses and the item that was sent had Greenery and baby's breath I didn't want the baby's breath which is why I purchased what I did, and yet I got the baby's breath anyway so I was unhappy with the purchase as I didn't get what was on your website. Never the less the roses were nice just not the item I ordered. Thanks

Your website was great and made my shopping experience so easy, however, the product once delivered looked as though a five year old grabbed a bunch of flowers and stuffed them in a vase. There was no shape or design, and had a sprig of babys breath stuck in the middle of the roses, the greenery had brown spots on many of the leaves and looked nothing like the arrangement I chose. I was not only disappointed but embarrassed to have sent the flower arrangement.
Fast delivery but not the deluxe bouquet i was expecting to have delivered. Overall experience good - will use again. Thank You

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
