The delivery person lost the card...my order was split up and delivered on different days...but on the positive side the customer service from here is excellent responded quickly to each mail.
Quick and simple process for ordering. Lots of choices for same day delivery, which is awesome.
The vase came in purple rather than blue and there were only a couple of blue flowers. I realize that substitutions might be made, so I'm not upset... However, the reason for ordering this particular bouquet was for the blue accent, since that is my boyfriend's favorite color. I had to explain the intent to him, so that the almost totally white bouquet didn't send him the wrong message.
Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Seems high charge for delivery but I have used the service and the ladies seem to like the flowers. The florist choice is sometimes not great. They choose the excess ugly colors they have I think.

I brought this basket for my manager and her family it came a day late but she was happy. I had to go through the order to make sure I put the right address when she told me it did not get to her on Monday and inspoke to her on Tuesday. Well as I was checking on it the were delivered to her and she loved it. I feel if you are going to charge those prices then the least you can do is be on time.
All is fine- except your final charges! You use misleading pricing, be up front with ALL your fees- from the start of the whole process. Misleading a customer all the way to the end, and then addng nearly one-third extra to the overall price is simply unacceptable. Also, on your mobile website, ensure you inform the customer up from that you will later seek the actual shipping address. Your site isn't clear until the very end. It makes it seem as if you will be shipping it to my PayPal address, which causes confusion via the mobile device. Present to the customer- during the onset, so they aren't back tracking again & again or adding a PayPal new Shipping address.
Don't know what the flower arrangement will actualy look like.
Excellent looking bouquet

On August 9, I saw the bouquet that had been delivered to my daughter's home on Friday, August 5. The flowers were still lovely after several days (she had changed the water as instructed), and I was pleased with that aspect. However, the lilies in the arrangement were pink lilies, not the Stargazer variety as shown in the arrangement online. While the pink lilies paired with the roses are lovely, I ordered this particular bouquet because my daughter loves very fragrant flowers. I was disappointed that she did not receive exactly what I had ordered. Thanks, Melissa Cook
I use fromyouflowers all the time - it is a great service and for the most part I have been pleased with the flowers and products that have been delivered. One time roses were not in excellent condition when delivered. Fromyouflowers, replaced the roses and sent me a gift card for my next order. All orders have been delivered on time and placing an order is very simple.
The same day delivery was awesome. The bear that came with the package was smaller than expected.
Very considerate customer service called previous to delivery confirming someone would be at my friend's home to accept delivery of Get Well arrangement.

The flowers could not be delivered the day I needed, went a day later, which luckily worked out for me, and they upgraded the flowers to something bigger, which was a nice way to make up for the date missed. This survey though says 'did I receive my order', I did not receive the order, I placed the order and someone else received them. Only because the people I ordered them for called me did I know they got them, I requested a confirmation when the flowers were delivered just so I knew they went the second day, and I did not get that confirmation.
Do not understand why I was charged $2.99 for same day or weekend when the flowers are being delivered on a weekday.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
