This was a wonderful online shopping experience. I ordered two different flower arrangements to go to two separate addresses. Both arrangements were delivered within the 4 hours as I requested same day delivery. The flowers were beautiful!
The service charge was mentioned at the end and I dont agree with that type of marketing.
Hopefully the flower arrangement will be just as described and delivered in a timely manner including note and balloon.

The flowers were browned on the ends and did not look all fresh. They delivered a tiger instead of a teddy bear. For the price I don't think they were worth it. Ecspecially since they were not fresh and already wilting on day 2.

EASY TO USE WEBSITE BUT Very disappointed in the delivery service. Paid extra for expedited as my daughter lost her younger brother and is profoundly sad. The flowers were promised to be delivered by noon and did not arrive until the evening time. Made numerous calls and was told once they would be delivered in 30 minutes - this was at 12:30 - and next call was told the flowers were on the delivery truck - this was at 4:00 or so. Will not use this business again.

The arrangement was not as full of flowers as showed in the picture. I have ordered many arrangements from you all and this one was by far the least nice. I was quite disappointed when I buy flowers for my wife and in trying to brighten her day and they show up less full.
