Everything is so easy to order. The only thing I was disappointed in was the $14.99 Service Charge at the confirmation bill. However, my daughter just loved the sunflowers. She sent me a picture and we were both pleased especially since the flowers weren't open all the way which means they will last longer. Good job "from you flowers".

I ordered flowers for my 2 year anniversary with my girlfriend. Knowing that she has meetings from noon onward, I specifically requested and paid additional for expedited delivery to her office, "guaranteeing" that they will arrive before noon.
They didn't.
The package was delivered around 12:15pm. She was still happy to know she got the flowers, but it would have been nicer if the service that I had paid for actually delivered on time. By noon means they should have been there by noon LATEST.
Other than being annoyed for paying extra for expedited delivery, I think overall she was happy, which is what matters. But does this mean I'm using From You Flowers again? Probably not.
Fyf did fix the issue but the discription is misleading.

I was sent a picture of the flowers Once delivered and I was not too impressed with the difference the bouquet just didn't seem to me comparable to what was pictured. I understand that flowers have seasons etc but.

It's nice to have something like this to order the same day in just 4 hours even less, but it's a bit expensive. Other wise it's excellent.
Website is fast and easy to use, and they nailed it on the same-day delivery for last minute orders. Flowers themselves, however, were not nearly the same or as nice as the pictures, and were far smaller than the displayed item.
The prices are reasonable and the site is very easy to navigate. So far, I am very pleased.
I thought the flowers would be there on Tuesday but they arrived Wednesday morning before the service. The funeral director assured me they were beautiful.

The checkout process was difficult and the cart wouldn't work. I spent almost two hours trying to place order night before. I finally gave up and resumed my efforts the following morning only to run into the same issues. I finally called customer service. The first rep was very snippy. I ordered a birthday balloon that didn't show up in final order. After being forced repeatedly to reenter my order in the system from scratch, when it finally was placed, I dared not go back to see why my balloon order didn't show up. It was just too complicated to go back again, but I'm positive I hit key for $5 birthday balloon. I paid extra to have my flowers delivered before NOON. The flowers arrived close to 12:30, after NOON. It wouldn't matter, except I paid extra for same day delivery and paid a separate additional amount for delivery before noon. Overall, I appreciate being able to have flowers delivered on short notice, but this is my second time having difficulty placing an online order, taking hours, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

The florist use was very very unreliable can't anyone that would use someone that clearly had complete disregard for the customer. Had this been a much more important event it would had clearly a disappointment for both client and recipient. Great the special surprise a day late and late in the day at that. With no way to contact the florist directly.
Prices should be quoted before discount not already discounted amount.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
