The flower arrangement did not look at all like the one on the website. Not only did it not look the same, it was small and there weren't very many flowers. I am very disappointed. For having ordered this ahead of time and for $100, the arrangement was pitiful.
I called and asked them to change what the card said immediately after placing the order~ and the card was delivered with the incorrect writing inside!
I was afforded compensation for the delays and the flowers that were delivered which did not meet the pictures for the cost. I do appreciate their fairness to compensate me for the problems that occurred. Due to their understanding, I will weigh the possibility of using their services again, versus not.

I chose the colors of flowers based on my family members favorite color and your substitution did not contain those colors! Wish u would have called me to discuss substitution options.

Flowers were delivered at 5:00 p.m. These were to be delivered to someone on their 80th birthday, August 10th. Disappointed with the delivery time. Flowers are beautiful.

I payed extra to have the flowers delivered in 4hrs and they didn't show up they are suppose to refund the $. Have not seen it yet

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
