I did not care for the $14.99 service fee surprise when I got to the end of the order. I thought the $2.99 would have been the additional charge. The plant was FAKE I paid extra for to be delivered ontime.
In my case, fromyouflowers turned out to be springdale florist, but it was a little cheaper to use this site. Delivery was on time and the display was very pretty. Well worth the price.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the picture on the website. I chose the premium flowers and what was delivered was less than the basic arrangement. Prior to the delivery I received no notification that my order was being delivered. I inquired online and was told I would hear back within 1 hour and I received no response at all. After seeing what was delivered versus what was ordered I spent an exhausting day going back and forth with customer service online until they offered a discount and an apology. I chose fromyouflowers over my usual online florist because their arrangements are beautiful and reasonable priced, I won't use them again after this experience.
