Thank you for delivering the flowers today. Very upset delivery should have been yesterday. Our surprise eas ruined. Florist should have called first then delivery made. Thank u customer service were excellent not your fault.

The convenience of ordering online at such a long distance was very good and the speed at which the delivery was made was excellent. The only complaint I have is the vast difference between elegance basket and food displayed versus the generic and inexpensive candy that was Delivered. I realize that it was done same day but couldn't they have chosen a little better quality somehow it seemed clear that it was done on the cheep. I have already expressed this complaint and they promised to send me a coupon for 20% discount. Otherwise I'm very happy with the experience.

The flowers were pretty but for the price paid they could be a few more roses & the box of chocolates received were very small compared to the photo on your web site. A little deceiving. The price was too high for what was delivered.

When flowers arrived it looked nothing like the flowers i requested. I spoke to the company they gave me back $7.00 from a $57.00 order. Didn't make any sense. They didn't offer to fix it. Just gave back $7.00 very disappointed with this company.

One suggestion for order process however,. An "Edit" button would be nice. Lol!. (I needed to change zip code on my address to list the correct city for delivery). Had to go all the way back to beginning as I was unable to continue with order. Thanks,

My experience was fine. Nothing super special, but not disappointed
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
