The flowers were delivered a day late (please credit my Visa account for the $2.99 same day delivery fee). When I called Fromyou customer service, they were reluctant to remedy the situation in any way, but eventually agreed to resend the flowers. Although I gave the customer service rep all the delivery information, my hospitalized friend received a phone call: "Where are you?". No courtesy discount was offered for my trevail. I should have known better than to use Fromyou, as I've had a couple of prior bad experiences, for example: a lovely ceramic container filled with dead flowers which looked nothing like the website picture.

Great, real easy, but the shipping charge is added at the way end, and we should be notified of that early. It seemed it was just that first charge, then the Service/handling fee was added, $14.99 is a lot! I would prefer it be included in the price of the flowers, to give us a true picture what we are spending!

I got an e-mail to confirm the flowers arrived, but they didn't! Then, real late in the afternoon or evening they came! She loved the flowers and the balloon. A+ GREAT! Thank you for such a great selection!

Only problem I had was it was supposed to be guarantee delivery before noon and it ended up being around 1:30 or so. Kinda disappointed there. But flowers looked great!

I chose to use "fromyourflowers" for my first time delivering flower bouquets online. I wanted to surprise my mom because she loves flowers and I wanted to surprise her on her day off. I ordered a bouquet and was completely shocked when it came in by how much smaller it was in person versus online. I got about half the flowers in my bouquet as the online picture showed. The vase was about the size of a champagne glass. I could've bought 3 decent bouquets at the grocery store for cheaper than what I spent on this one $#*!ty bouquet online. The flowers were still pretty but extremely overpriced for the quantity. Disappointed that I splurged my bill money on a disappointing bouquet.
