Flowers were good. But bouquet and vase looked different from what the site promised (worse on my taste). Balloons were terrible. I don't recommend order balloons with flowers here.
Also site doesn't support non-latin characters.
The picture of the item I ordered and the product I received were two different things. I understand substitutions may be made but had I known what was going to show up compared to what I ordered, I would have cancelled my order. I was compensated 35% of my price refunded but I will not be using them again.

The puppy toy was cute & my friend loved it so its fine.
When we choose the Soft toy selection, options should be given for us to choose. So that we can know what we are paying instead of choosing the size alone. Just a friendly sugguestion.

Didn't like not knowing the 'Service charge' before I paid for the order. Otherwise, nice job. Daughter like the flowers.
It was a great experience but two improvements I would make are to inform about the handling charge before the end of checkout; just including a small shipping fee was false advertising in my opinion. Also, I would like to see the ability to change the zip code without having to start all over on my order. I really like the candy basket options that were available since I was sending a congratulatory gift to my adult stepson and didn't want something too feminine like flowers. I liked that I could personalize with a balloon in his school colors and which he could then let his little girl play with. ~Tammy

I DONT SEE JUSTIFYING THE EXTRA $19.99 SHIPPING (I'M ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN SPOKANE), BUT THE QUALITY WAS STILL BE THERE.
Delivery was not made on the day I requested. It was for a birthday and for an anniversary. The people I sent flowers to were guets at the hotel and being delivered on the wrong date they received the flowers when they were already checking out. The excuse the flower store that delivered was that they couldn't find them. When I put the address on the day I ordered it was perfect and with the exact address given to me by the hotel. I even put down the cellphone numbers in case they needed to call. There was no point in delivering the flowers anymore.
The flowers were beautiful and bigger than expected.

The website is great, except for editing delivery address info, after getting to the review order mode. Our granddaughter received a beautiful birthday basket of blooming plants. She was so thrilled to spread these around her new apartment. Good things have been happening for her because of all her hard work and we wanted to send something to last longer than flowers!
