After I placed my order at a little after 2 pm for delivery the same day, I rec'd a call saying the florist couldn't deliver the flowers until the next day...however I would receive $8.00 off my order, an arrangement upgrade and a $10.00 gift certificate on another order. As well as the woman from you flowers saiying she would call my friend to say the flowers would arrive the next day. I was quite pleased with all of that, disappointed with the florist, but pleased with the effort from you flowers. I've rec'd the $10.00 gift certificate via email but am waiting to see the $8.00 returned to my visa card.

It was quick and easy to use the website but that handling fee was a bit too much, the flowers that were delivered were very pretty but could have been arranged a little less sloppy. When you have a coupon for free delivery you expect it to be free. The additional service charges are a bit much. Also, I have paid several times for express delivery and it has not arrived in that allotted time.
My girlfriend was having a rough morning. I ordered a snack basket at 12:30 pm and it was delivered within two hours. Would've been even sooner, but I accidentally gave them the wrong contact information. Best customer service I have ever seen! Five stars, and will be ordering from you guys again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
