I was very disappointed when my gf sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered to her. They looked nothing like the ones I ordered online and that is wrong. Even the ribbons around the case were not the right color nor did it match the flowers at all. On the website the ribbons matched the flowers. I was so not satisfied on this order
The flowers are gorgeous, and my daughter was thrilled with the photo vase, and that she could wash it without destroying the photo. THAT vase was a bargain! But, paying for morning delivery was not.
It didn't have as many flowers as pictured. Instead of it coming in a cute pot that showed sunflowers on it it came in an ugly red vase. Very disappointed

After someone spends the time searching and looking for the perfect gift, you punch them in the gut with a last minute $15 handling fee instead of being upfront in the beginning. Super Cool! Last time I'll order from this website. I paid for the early delivery before noon. My wife got her flowers at 2pm. I waited on hold for 15 minutes (I have a screen shot so you don't think I'm exaggerating) and then called back and waited another 12 minutes before someone said I would get my $5 back for the early delivery. Nothing has posted or is pending in my account yet. Still waiting...
My wife loved the flowers and they arrived right on time.

I like the variety of options, but I had to walk away from checkout to get a credit card, and by the time I came back, the 20% off discount I'd had applied was removed. I am unhappy with that, but I really wanted to the order to make it to my Mom, so I still purchased it. It just cost me more than I had planned on.

I understand the need for extra fees, but total fee disclosure should already be reflected in the price shown for each bouquet, so the customer can know what the true price is without having to set up an account or go through the entire cart process. That would be my only issue, other than that, great experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
