The bouquets are reasonably priced & good selection... I ordered 2 birthday bouquets, chose the medium sized placements so there would be a fuller look and I was rather disappointed with the arrangements my friends received. More so with the Pretty Please bouquet. It wasn't as full as I would have thought for the price and it certainly wasn't put together as nicely. I was actually saddened by it when she sent me a picture. I don't typically send flowers because I never know how they'll look when they arrive and this just confirmed my doubts. =(
Flowers were not nearly as nice as the pictures. Were not in the correct vase (supposed to be a mason jar) and flowers looked a little old. Disappointed to say the least!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
