Please stop sending emails everyday. Also service charge seems very high to me. But selection is good, however,the product was very misleading, for my mom in a medical facility, she had to ask the nurse to cut and arrange the flowers which she felt bad about. For my mother in law, the arrangement lacked color as I thought it would be a beautiful array of colors,(designers choice-must mean whatever they have leftover) all the flowers were gold and drab, she sent me a picture and I was embarrassed. I would send it to you and ask you if you would sent this to someone special. I think not.
I've never had to ship flowers before. I was looking a while for a total shipping cost and couldn't find one except the extra 2.99 for same day. I was very upset to only find out at the end in my check out that there is handling fee, which i didn't see anywhere on the website. My friend did enjoy the flowers and said they were wonderful. I did not see them myself.
Hi. The flowers are beautiful and the delivery was spot on. One big but - the $15 handling fee was quite a surprise. I'm sure it's my fault and I missed it when ordering on my phone but the listing of low prices under the product pictures and then tacking on this fee is really annoying. Next time, I'll call a local flower shop directly. The convenience of ordering online isn't worth it to me.

My latest order was sent to a relative in the hospital in northern Michigan. I live in Florida, so was not able to see the flowers that arrived, and there was nobody who could send me a picture or tell me if they were nice. But the flowers were delivered very quickly, and I am pleased with the service provided. Will order from this seller again.

The website is great, except for editing delivery address info after getting to the review order mode. My cousin loved her tulips. Just as I hoped, her flowers were waiting for her when she came home from work.
