I ordered the flowers at 10am and they were to have arrived in 4 hours. They did not arrive until 6pm. She almost missed receiving them due to leaving to go to dinner.

Order was delivered a day early to my daughter's workplace and she wasn't working. Plus, an email said that the flowers in the arrangement I chose weren't available due to the time limitation involved. Overall, the flowers were nice, but my daughter's favorite flowers are irises and I wish you would have put more of them in the arrangement.

The only thing that I didn't like was there was no where for special instructions. Such as she's 92 give her a couple of minutes to make it to the door. She is also hard of hearing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
