It was fast easy and quick.
** Fees added at the end of the sales process and delivery accommodations were made after a fit was thrown...my daughter had a someone surprise her and took her to dinner. It happened to just before the delivery girl got to her door. She said that they would attempt to deliver the next day. I stated no thank you, if she doesn't get her Birthday Flowers on her Birthday then I'd like to cancel my order. She then stated that she'll come back and a later time to check but she would give me a call to find out if anyone had made it home. She failed to call, when we did speak it was to tell me she was off and giving my flowers to the shop owner to deliver herself "if she had time". Thankfully the Owner played dumb... then smoothed the situation over by agreeing to deliver them to my daughter herself. All in all my daughter got the smile I was hoping for when I started looking for a florist and the overall quality of the flowers were great. Not broken or missing blossoms, bruised or browning. Fresh and pretty.

One PROBLEM! It is close to 100 degrees today in Raleigh NC. The tulips were left on the doorstep, because the couple were probably at the hospital getting chemo treatment for the wife. I have no idea what condition the tulips were in when they got home.
Even though I failed to think of writing "please leave at neighbors house if no one is at home", common sense should tell anyone in the flower business to do this. Very disappointed! Helen Dietz *******@aol.com

Although I placed my order I would have liked the option to not place the order as I didn't realise there would be such a high processing amount.Thought the flowers would only be 19.99 dollars with a nominal processing fee not 14.99dollars seemed a lot. The flowers were beautiful though.

I paid the expedite fee for it to arrive in 4 hours. It took 8 hours. However, after one email to customer service, they have agreed to refund the fee. Overall still happy with the experience.

Beautiful arrangement, my recipient wasnt home and they were placed carefully by the door. Fast delivery from order time, my delivery was within hours of ordering. I had a call from the delivery person to state that my recipient was not home and that the flowers were delivered to the door. I thought the phone call to notify me of the situation was great. I received an email comfirmation saying my long stemmed red roses are currently in transit. Not knowing that it would be sent as a package and that the recipient would have to put the flowers together themselves. I contacted customer service and they said flowers are shipped from the grower in "bud form to ensure freshness and quality of the bouquet." Also, they mentioned that it would bloom in 2-4 days. The red roses I received were already bloomed with the outside layer dead and brown. At a glance, they look decent, with greens and baby breaths to make the bouquet look nice and full. The roses themselves could have been a lot fresher. The package was left in the shade on the porch for less than an hour before it was brought inside the house; therefore, this couldn't be the reason for the dead outside layers of the roses.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
