I'm disappointed because my flowers were not delivered on 8-12-16 like they were suppose to.
This is the second time this has happen. I know you can't control the florist but the whole point of paying for same day delivery is just that.

Very difficult to put the whole address, they charge for morning delivery extra but I was just aone hour before afternoon, should be earlier that that if you charge extra

My wife spells her name with the acute "e" represented as é. Michél. Your system did not recognize it and replaced with "##1" making it look like "Mich##1". That was the way the local florist you chose wrote it on the envelope and a very peculiar card.
I asked for delivery on the 13th to surprise her, but instead they left it on the porch yesterday afternoon. When we arrived at home, my wife spotted them and my surprise was spoiled.
I really liked this pick because of the shape of the vase and the arrangement of the roses. I received neither. What I paid $78 for looked as though it were worth at most $45.
