I was a bit disappointed when my niece sent me a selfie with her flowers (that she loved) because the bouquet looked much "skimpier" than the picture of the flowers I had picked and paid for. Doesn't seem right to me that what you think you're sending is not what your recipient gets.
First of all, a sincere thank you for the prompt delivery. The bear with balloon was quickly delivered to my granddaughter who is in the hospital and she truly loved the gift. The beautiful plush bear actually exceeded my expectations and the balloon is fun and colorful, still flying high, and brightening up her room. Both items warmed her heart and cheered her up. Thank you for lifting the spirits of a very sweet young girl. Your service and the quality of your products are excellent and I'll definitely order from fromyouflowers.com again in the future.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for, they where also right in there window of time it would be delivered.
This was the worst experience! My grandfathers funeral had no flowers as the spray did not arrive to the church until the end of the service at 11:45am! I am disgusted and feel cheated! This is unacceptable. The delivery personnel had the audacity to make an excuse for extreme lateness!

Flowers weren't delivered same day, as I ordered them. But customer service promised next day with extra flowers, and delivered. The flowers were beautiful, but the website is very misleading about "same day" delivery. When I placed my order I was well within the time of same day delivery. And the hold times to talk to customer service is rediculous. The florist shop they used was great though. Beautiful full bouquet with extra, expensive flowers and I was given a $10 gift card as well for the inconvenience. But the same day promise is very misleading and I suggest the website fix that.
Wish the price would have been a bit cheaper as my total with shipping was $50. However, the flowers looked great and arrived on time, thanks for the speedy service!
My daughter texted me a picture of the flowers and they seemed to be somewhat wilted. Hopefully they will perk up. I know that sometimes the ones that come in a box are, but hers were delivered by a florist.
The order was a day late, then I was suppose to get the maximum upgrade on bouquet size due to the delay and that did not happen either
The flowers and candy basket were exactly like the pictures. The additional cost for expedited delivery within 4 hours was well worth it! The customer service was impressive. The agent called me back to confirm when the driver was out for delivery, which was not something I was expecting.
