Late delivery, paid extra to have delivered earlier. They did switch delivery location so the order would not be sitting out in hot temps for hours. That was nice. But with the late delivery the recipient had to wait two days before they received their gift.

Easy ordering with a great selection to choose from! Delivered product wasn't exactly i ilar to what i ordered but my mom still loved it which is what mattered most.
Overall it was nice. I really think the arrangement was nice, but it would be better if ibcan see what you are delivering before you do it on the $19 special.

I like the flowers' arrangement, not too flambouyant, down to earth simple, yet fully served the occassion. Not pricey either, unlike other online florists, theirs are very affordable. But best thing is they deliver even on Saturdays!

I felt the "discount" offer was somewhat deceptive in the way that prices were presented. I also felt the handling and service fee of $14.99 was way to high.
The flowers were fresh and well arranged but you placed a large purple bow into the arrangement and the ribbon was wrinkled, bent and did not look very nice.
