Putting a smile on someone's face after having Chemo treatment for the first time really made my day. Your the only website that made it possible other website wanted $70 n above after fees.

I ordered flowers for a friend and had them shipped to home but unfortunately delivery was delayed and we're not delivered on same day. Delivery was made on the next day and chocolates replaced other charges previously refunded.

Easy to process my selection. Wide variety of flowers and price range. Appreciated the Google 20% discount and same day delivery for only $2.99 order processed late in day at 2:38PM with same day guaranteed delivery. For 9:00 AM services next day. The floral arrangement was beautiful & much larger than I expected. This is my first time using FromYourFlowers.com, I will definitely use them again and refer family & friends.

I never received email confirmation that the order was received so I was not able to track it. When I tried to track it, I was told that the order was never received. Around 4pm, I began to get worried and was going to cancel, but then got a text from my sister who was very surprised and happy about the care package that I sent.

I cant blame your company for not sending the correct flowers your florist's need to know how important it is to make sure people are getting what they ordered and quality at todays prices it is just as easy not to send or have someone this up flowers from a store they all sell them... Now I ordered Yellow Roses and I received Yellow with Red tips that are called Festive Arrangements I am in morning cause I just lost my sister suddenly and our mother and my sister and I all love or have a special thing for the Yellow Rose my sister and I even had matching Tattoos. So I am waiting to get tracking on my new flowers that are coming tomorrow hopefully, of my Yellow Roses to lift my sprits and help me celebrate my 20 year wedding anniversary that it today. Your customer service is excellent and thank you.

I paid for expedited delivery... it made it 3 hours after the quoted time. The flowers were wilted and the bouquet was small even though I got the "middle" priced flowers. It looks like they were sitting in a hot van all day. Ruined a birthday surprise for a good friend.

I spend over 2k a year in flowers for friends, family & myself. I tried to use you guys again after one bad experience and this is what I get. Even the boxed flowers look better then this... sadly you lost my business once again and for good. Keep your refund.

Love the free delivery for Life special! I'm disappointed that I had to call twice in order to get my code sent to me. I was told from the last rep that I didn't use the code upon initial order, but I don't understand how that could've happened if I clicked on the special from my inbox and ordered directly from there with the code in the box. AND my order came a day early. I'd rather have it come in early than late, but I was again disappointed that this came a different day then I had ordered.

The flowers that were delivered were very fresh and the assortment was lovely. Even the greenery was fresh--bright green with no brown marks or edges. I was so pleased with the flowers that I called the florist to commend him on the high quality of flowers and greenery sent.

The arrangement I purchased was eligible for same day delivery. HOWEVER, later I received a call saying the truck had already left for the area of delivery they would deliver the next day and refund me the price of same day delivery. That is fine, BUT my mom's birthday was that day not the next day! I was very disappointed that she would not get her flowers on her actual birthday. They tried to make up for this, but it was still disappointing that they could not provide the service they were originally suppose to. Birthday's only come once a year!
