I paid for same-day delivery only to get a message at 6 PM that the flowers couldn't be delivered on the day of my grandparents' anniversary. They offered a "courtesy upgrade" and when I pushed back and said they needed to give a discount since I paid a lot for same-day delivery, they offered a 15% discount -- of course, that only applied to the price of the flowers and not the ridiculous charges they heaped on top of them.
The flowers were at the "florists choice" and turned out great. Beautiful colors and arrangement.

Flowers were beautiful. Checkout was super easy. Hate to be a stickler, but I paid extra to have it delivered by noon and it showed up around 12:20.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
